ENROLLMENT FOR NEXT SEASON’S PERFORMANCE GROUPS!

Roots of the British Invasion -- Mondays 5PM

Almost all of the British Invasion bands considered themselves Blues or R&B bands when they started out. The Roots of the British Invasion show gives students an introduction to the Black American artists that influenced all the English greats, and features early Rock & Roll, Soul, Chicago Blues, and more. This is a great show for all instruments and skills levels, and a good opportunity for young soloists to develop their playing!

Modern Metal -- Wednesdays 5PM

Heavy Metal has continued to inspire generations of musicians to turn up and play fast! This is fun music, especially for students looking for a challenge and an opportunity to get some energy out! We'll be working on music by bands like Dream Theater, Avenged Sevenfold, Mastodon and Baroness. Recommended for students intermediate and above.

Women of the 90s -- Thursdays 5PM

The long list of iconic women who shaped the sound of 90s popular music includes artists like Gwen Stefani (No Doubt), Alanis Morissette, Lauryn Hill and Fiona Apple among many others. In this show, students will learn songs that shaped a decade of innovative, diverse music. Recommended for all Performance students.

Fleetwood Mac vs. The Eagles -- Fridays 5PM

These two bands wrote some of the best-crafted songs in rock history, combining lush vocal harmonies with creative instrumental arrangements. This show will be an excellent choice for vocalists wanting to stretch their ears and all instruments looking for experience in both lead and top quality ensemble playing.

AC/DC -- Saturdays 11AM

AC/DC has been writing hard rock hits since the 1970s, and are still putting out music today! They combine rock solid grooves with sing-along anthems and lots of killer parts for beginner through advanced players. Recommended for all Performance Program students!

ROCK 101, ROOKIES & LITTLE WING

We're scheduling these groups individually for each student. Current families, your weekly lesson and rehearsal time will stay the same for the Spring season unless you let us know you'd like to change times. New families, get in touch and we'll help you get started!
