When not inhabiting the persona of Depeche Mode mastermind and multi-instrumentalist Martin L. Gore onstage most weekends, Brent plays an even more pivotal role for his project Strangelove-The Depeche Mode Experience behind the scenes. A wearer of multiple-hats, Brent has operated in almost every role within the music industry; including composing for tv/film/video games, working as a record label VP, recording artist, touring sideman in signed bands, festival organizer, artist management for platinum acts, music director, studio owner, arranger/orchestrator, and record producer/engineer (for such artists as Henry Rollins, Bowie collaborator Reeves Gabrels, Chic/Bowie/Power Station’s Tony Thompson, and several musicians in the Beck/Sting sphere). He’s recently worked with Depeche Mode’s drummer Christian Eigner, who contributed drums for two original projects. As booking agent, he's helmed the largest tribute-focused talent agency in the world- Music Zirconia. He has the occasional dalliance, employing his operatic baritone fronting another passion project: Fears For Tears.

Stephanie is thrilled to be teaching keys, voice and bass at School of Rock!

She has had a long and varied career in music, spanning genres, instruments and continents. She was a Yamaha Keyboard Festival National Semi-Finalist in high school, performed at Carnegie Hall in college and graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in music. After graduation, she toured with a rock band, built a studio, arranged for her own jazz quartet, worked on several studio projects and performed in southern Spain.

Since moving to Austin, Stephanie has done arranging, composing and studio work but has mostly concentrated on building music programs for schools and coaching award-winning youth jazz ensembles and choirs. When not teaching or playing, she loves being outdoors with her family and menagerie of dogs and cats.

Allie Fox is a keyboard and drum instructor at School of Rock. Classically trained on the piano from age 6, her influences span from Mozart to Maiden. She was accepted into the School for the Creative and Performing Arts in Lexington, KY as a piano major and percussion minor. At the University of Louisville, she learned to play the organ. After obtaining a degree in journalism, Allie began writing for metal magazines and websites, conducting band interviews and performance reviews. That led her to the public relations department of Victory Records where she coordinated press with artists. After experiencing the business side of things, Allie missed playing and teaching music and decided to return to her native Texas and the live music capital. In her free time, she likes to compose music.

Our studio coordinator was born and raised in Kansas and moved to Texas while in high school. She spent 14 years working for Travis County, Best Western and is now focusing on her own business (Self Expression Design ®) and of course holding down the fort at School Of Rock.

Cheryl played the trumpet in 5th grade but missed playing with her friends at recess, so she ditched the trumpet for the playground. She now plans on learning the flute this year with hopes to rock Jethro Tull's "Aqualung" live onstage with the School Of Rock kids. A true lover and fan of all genres of music, Cheryl will pretty much listen to any kind of music, but really loves country and Christian rock.
