Jon and Gayle have been in the School of Rock family for almost 10 years. It all started with a free trial lesson for their son, that ended up turning into both of their kids enrolling in the Seattle school. Over the years they have experienced every level of the program as parents, and when it came to expand their work in the community it was a natural to open their own School of Rock in Lynnwood. Gayle has worked as a teacher in the Edmonds School District and at Center for Families at Edmonds CC, and Jon founded Seattle Teen Music and has been involved in the high level of jazz and rock performance in the Seattle and Edmonds areas. Both Jon and Gayle pride themselves on the family feel of the school and the caliber of instructors that they hire. Feel free to bring questions about the value of the School of Rock experience, the music scene available for kids (something the family is very familiar with), and how it all interconnects.

The way everyone treats my child as their own, I have no worries about dropping my 11 year old off for 3 hours because I trust everyone there to treat her like their own and she is safe emotionally and physically.
