School of Rock Princeton Is Moving to Lawrence

Fans of the School of Rock brand in central New Jersey will soon have brand-new digs to enjoy as they build confidence and community through music education.

Winter 2020 School of Rock Princeton is moving into a state-of-the-art new facility featuring an indoor venue, outdoor venue, art space, and recording studio on more than 7,000 square feet of premises with 58 parking spaces.

Substantially larger than its previous facility, the new home for the venerable music education brand, made famous by the Jack Black movie, provides more private instruction rooms offering a more flexible schedule. In-person and remote music instruction has resumed for the fall session at their Hamilton location and will continue until the move.

School of Rock Princeton is moving to 1761 Princeton Ave, Lawrence, NJ, conveniently located 20 minutes' drive time or less from most of central New Jersey.

The COVID-19 pandemic has introduced new challenges for all businesses and organizations. The new facility helps School of Rock Princeton pivot to offer new CDC-recommended safety precautions, including more space for socially-distanced practice sessions and instruction.

The fall session will also see a mainstay of the School of Rock Princeton community return—the House Band, with live performances resuming in October.

School of Rock Princeton provides both in-person and online music lessons for students of all ages. Its programs, camps, and workshops for toddlers, kids, teens, and adults make learning music fun, exciting and empowering.

As one of the premier music education and new art exhibition organizations in Mercer County, School of Rock Princeton strives to connect the community through the power of music and creativity.

School of Rock is a leading brand in performance-based music education. By combining one-on-one drum, bass, keyboard, vocal, and guitar lessons with group rehearsal and practice sessions, students learn to play music from Day One and present live performances at local venues.

The experienced team of instructors consists of local musicians who combine the performance-based proprietary School of Rock Method with their unique personalities and breadth of experience, crafting individual music lessons to get students' results.
