Grunge - Sundays 12-2pm (In Person) & Wednesdays 5:15-6:15pm (REMOTE)

The beloved Seattle sound of Grunge, a fusion of punk rock and heavy metal, was THE definitive sound of the 90s. Perfect if you love the sludgy, gritty sounds of artists like Soundgarden, Smashing Pumpkins, Nirvana, L7, Alice in Chains, Hole, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, and Garbage. 

 

 

Green Day - Sundays 2:30-4:30pm (In Person) & Thursdays 5:15-6:15pm (REMOTE)

One of the biggest names in rock & punk EVER! A staple in the Bay Area DIY punk scene, this trio brought punk rock to the mainstream with albums like “Dookie” and “American Idiot” and has been massively successful for decades. 

 

Van Halen - Sundays 5:30-7:30pm (in person)

This band brought hard rock to the forefront of the music scene in the 80s. Van Halen is known for its energetic live shows with front man, David Lee Roth, and for the virtuosic talent of its prodigy lead-guitarist, Eddie Van Halen. Get ready to Rock with hits like Panama, Jump, Runnin’ with the Devil, & so many more! 

 

Our Band Could Be Your Life - Mondays 4-6pm (in person)

The story of underground music was beautifully captured in Michael Azerrad's book, "Our Band Could Be Your Life". Thirteen chapters, thirteen bands, that would influence alt and indie rock forever by doing it themselves!  Black Flag, Minute Men, Mission of Burma, Minor Threat, Husker Du, The Replacements, Sonic Youth, Butthole Surfers, Big Black, Dinosaur Jr, Fugazi, Mudhoney, & Beat Happening. 

 

70's Dance Party - Mondays 6:30-8:00pm (in person)

This show will dance to the best Funk/Soul/Disco artists of the 1970s! Think Parliament Funkadelic, Chic, Donna Summer, Kool & The Gang, Diana Ross, the Bee Gees and so much more. Very fun & very challenging! 

 

Bedroom Pop - Tuesdays 4-5:30pm (in person)

This genre has taken over the music scene: write a song, record it, release it - all from your bedroom! What a perfect show for our current state of isolation! This Lo-Fi sound is cool, comforting & relatable for all. Artists like Snail Mail, Soccer Mommy, Mac Demarco, Clairo, Frankie Cosmos, & more.  

 

Red Hot Chili Peppers (Parental Advisory: Explicit Lyrics) - Wednesdays 4-6pm (in person)

The 90s wouldn’t be the same without this California funk rock band! One of the best selling bands of all time, with 6 Grammys, and a coveted spot in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! The music by this band of incredible musicians - Frusciante, Navarro, Smith, Flea & Anthony Kiedis - is high energy fun and tough stuff! 

 

The Police - Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm or Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm (in person)

Looking for a challenge? This one’s for you! Emerging from the British new wave scene in the late 70s, The Police played a style of rock influenced by punk, reggae, and jazz. Hits like Roxanne, Message in a Bottle, Every Little Thing She Does is Magic & so much more! 

 

Blues Legends - Thursdays 4-5:30pm (In person)

Get educated in rock and roll’s origin! We’ll cover the greats like B.B. King, Howlin’ Wolf, Muddy Waters, Koko Taylor, & more. Along with rock artists influenced by this genre - Stevie Ray Vaughan, Allman Brothers, & Led Zeppelin. 

 

Rock 101 - Mondays 5:15-6pm (REMOTE) or Tuesdays 4:30-5:45 (In Person)

For beginners age 7-11. Weekly lessons and group rehearsals. 

 

Adult Program - Protest songs- Mondays 8:30-10pm (in person)

For players of all skill levels 18+. Join a band today! Lessons for Guitar, Bass, Drums, Vocals, Keys.  

 

Rookies - Tuesdays 6-6:45pm or ThURSDAYS 5:30-6:15pm (In Person)

Perfect for little rockers to explore music. (ages 6-7)
