Evan Sula-GoffMusic Director
Evan is originally from Ventura, California where he formed his band, 8STOPS7, in 1996. Four albums, 41 songs and 21 years later, they are still together, writing and recording new music and going on the occasional tour. Their music video for “Satisfied” played on MTV’s show "120 Minutes," and they were innovators in licensing their music for multiple video games and television shows. Aside from being a powerhouse singer, he also plays guitar, keyboards, drums and bass. He is inspired by other singers who have maintained their powerful voices for decades, such as Eddie Vedder, Joe Cocker, Stevie Wonder and Chris Cornell. He now lives here in the Midwest with his wife and children, sharing his exceptional wealth of knowledge and encouragement with his all his students. Although he wanted to be a professional breakdancer when he was a kid, he still managed to find his way to the stage with music.
