SCHOOL OF ROCK CLEVELAND TO GIVE THEM THE BIRD!

CLEVELAND, OH —  Inspiring kids to rock on stage and in life, School Of Rock Cleveland will present their first Give Them The Bird! showcase Sunday, November 24 at 3pm inside Cleveland’s legendary Beachland Ballroom. The event is free, all ages and open to the public.

Give Them The Bird! will not only give all three SoR Cleveland locations — Cleveland West, Strongsville and Highland Heights — a chance to preview their upcoming fall show seasons, but it will serve as a food drive for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, to encourage students and guests to give back to those in need this holiday season.

“We’re asking for donations of the most-needed items: soup, tuna, beef stew, canned veggies, cereal and peanut butter,” says SoR Cleveland owner Shelly Norehad. “Each donated item gets you a raffle ticket for a slew of prizes, with the grand prize being a complimentary enrollment in a School Of Rock Cleveland 2020 summer camp.”

School Of Rock Cleveland will also be hosting a photo booth at the event, where students and guests will be able to write out what they are thankful for and pose for pictures with their message.

All three SoR Cleveland locations are hard at work on their fall shows, so expect to hear music by Pink Floyd, Green Day, AC/DC, Prince and many more. Also appearing at Give Them The Bird! will be School of Rock Cleveland’s house bands, the Headliners and the Major Minors, who will play throughout the day.
