Born in the small upstate town of Adams Center, NY, Adam began his musical journey at the young age of 8 years old. Given the option to play trumpet or percussion in school band, Adam quickly picked up his traditional studies on percussion. Shortly after he was given his first drum kit and joined the middle school and high school jazz bands. It wasn't long after when Adam put together his first pop punk band and began playing in local bars and nightclubs. As high school ended and the band had separated after a brief tour in the NYC area, Adam continued his studies at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. It was there he perfected his skill set under percussion greats Mike Mangini, Rod Morgenstein, and Larry Finn. 2010 marked Adam's first year in Los Angeles. It was then joined his current rock quartet. His studies continued privately under the guidance of studio session drummer Kenny Aronoff. Adam can currently be heard as the percussion powerhouse behind LA rock band COSMIC SUCKERPUNCH who are Outside Lands and Bonnaroo alums. He is also the drummer behind Russ Kunkle and Nicolette Larson's daughters project The Elsie May Band. Both acts performed at the 2013 SXSW music festival.

Growing up in Blue Earth, Minnesota (Population 3283 birthplace of the Ice Cream sandwich) Jesse McInturff came from a musical family. In his teen years the discovery of Punk Rock and Heavy Metal inspired Jesse to pick up the guitar and start his first Punk band 'The Seeping Headwounds' practicing in a barn. After graduation he went on to study classical music theory at Rochester Community/Technical college in Rochester MN. After graduating Jesse was accepted to persue a four year degree at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA but turned this down after being offered to tour with bands such as Destrophy (Victory Records), Psychostick (Rockridge Music) and Screaming Mechanical Brain (Mangled Media). After touring through most of his 20's Jesse moved from Minneapolis to Los Angeles in 2013 to continue his passion for music and to escape the infamous Minneapolis winters. Although touring with heavy metal bands has given Jesse depth of experience with rock and metal guitar playing, Jesse is equally comfortable teaching all styles of rock and combined with his love of Pop music he loves adapting to whatever style of music a student is interested in learning. Jesse also believes that the key to being a successful teacher is finding what the student is interested rather than working through a chord or scale book. In his spare time Jesse is often found climbing/swimming around Malibu.
