Testimonials

  • “I was very nervous when I started a Performance Program, but I felt very welcomed and comfortable very quickly. Shows are a lot of fun to be in and the people in them are very nice. The music is always great, and we all end up sounding pretty amazing!”
    — Amelia, 13 year old guitarist, Bedford, NY
  • “The performance aspect is great. It is so great for the kids to get a chance to be a part of a group and learn what it's like to perform in front of people.”
    — Lisa B., parent, Bedford, NY
  • “The opportunity for a child/teen to learn an instrument AND play in a band setting culminating in a live performance is an invaluable experience that has no equal. I fully appreciate School of Rock's approach to matching kids by ability level not age. My son and I are thrilled to be a part of SoR and hope for a long lasting relationship. Rock on!”
    — Adam K., parent, Bedford, NY
  • “Our son loves this program. We loved that he improved so much. He took guitar lessons for four years before School of Rock and didn't really make much progress. In one week at one of the summer camps he improved more than he had in the previous four years. And now he is very motivated to continue playing!”
    — Alfred D., parent, Bedford, NY
